I come to your home to prepare nutritious meals for fresh eating or freezing. I use bone broth, fresh herbs and homemade dressings and sauces in my recipes. My specialty is the Nourishing Traditions / Weston A. Price diet, with an emphasis on local pasture-raised meats, organic produce, and traditional fats like butter, lard, and olive oil. I am familiar with cooking for a wide variety of diets, including celiac, dairy-free, paleo, Autoimmune Paleo (AIP), Specific Carbohydrate Diet, GAPS, lectin-free. I specialize in making ingredient substitutions while still producing delicious and satisfying meals. I have 25 years experience cooking, work experience in commercial kitchens for groups of up to 70 people, as well as my food safe handling certificate.
My rates are between $200-$300 per day, plus a travel fee. I accept 50% Calgary Dollars. Grocery costs are in addition to this fee.
