Greetings! I am inviting you to join the Gentle Yoga for a Better Back class at the Norfolk Hub room, every Friday @ 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. starting Nov.23rd 2018
. This class is done on the floor on a mat. The class will have a strong emphases on the use of breath, visualization, gentle targeted stretches to help reduce and ease pain in the body. Ending with a guided mediation and relaxation.
Please bring a Yoga mat and blanket and or towel for head support/and or for comfort.
